Our model is “temp to hire”. We are in the people business.

You apply for one of the available positions at Roots Staffing, based on your skills and location. If accepted, you work at that job site for 90 days as one of Roots’ employees. The goal is that after 90 days, you receive an offer for permanent, full-time employment with that company.
