As an Event Staffers’ Server, your job is to serve our guests with precise detail and provide a worry-free experience. Always. Your job is to make our customers look good.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensure the contracted customer’s facilities adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies.

• Greet guests with genuine smile.

• Engage with guests in a friendly manner.

• Ensure guests are enjoying their experience and take action to correct any problems.

• All fine dining events require staging event tables, linens, décor, and buffets, after assisting with the unloading of trucks and distribution of equipment to the proper venue location.

• Respond to additional guests’ requirements by inquiring of needs, observing dining process.

• Maintain table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses; being alert to guests’ spills or other special needs.

• Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by Head Server.

• Fill in for absent staff as needed.

• Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently.

At Event Staffers, we operate as a team. Thus, we require ALL team members to complete the initial three server trainee shifts as part of your bartender training. All of our bartenders then complete three bartender training shifts at $12.00 per hour prior to full onboarding.

As an Event Staffers’ Server, your job is to serve our guests with precise detail and provide a worry-free experience. Always. Your job is to make our customers look good.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensure the contracted customer’s facilities adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies.

• Greet guests with genuine smile.

• Engage with guests in a friendly manner.

• Ensure guests are enjoying their experience and take action to correct any problems.

• Check identification of guests to verify they are of legal drinking age.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes.

• Attempt to limit problems related to guests' excessive drinking by following established procedures.

• Process transactions using the POS system (only certain venues).

• Process customer payments (only certain venues).

• Arrange glasses and bottles into attractive and functional displays, after assisting with the unloading of trucks and distribution of equipment to the proper venue location.

• Ensure clean glasses, bar equipment and working areas.

• Maintain table setting by removing bar glassware as completed.

• Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by Head Server.

• Fill in for absent staff as needed.

• Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently.

This position includes the following requirements:
Qualification Requirements:

The candidate must possess the following abilities and skills:
● Use recipes for preparation and portioning of all products
● Refer to the daily prep lists at the start of each shift and complete the assigned duties
● Stocking and maintaining freshness of food by ultizing FIFO rotation
● Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment per louisville health code regulations including tables, shelves, walls, refrigeration equipment, kettles, tilt skillet, ovens and dry storage areas .
● Understand and comply consistently with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, kitchen rules, policy and procedures
● Promptly reports equipment and food quality issues or products shortages to the kitchen manager
● Attends all scheduled meetings and training
● Performs other related duties as assigned by the kitchen manager
● Understands all structured processes relevant to your role for all companies
● Self-Manage
● History of excellent employment attendance.
