Rebar Journeyman A (NCCER Plus) – $34/hr
Rebar Journeyman B (NCCER) – $32/hr
Structural Journeyman A (NCCER Plus) – $34/hr
Structural Journeyman B (NCCER) – $32/hr
$100 per diem/day
48 hrs/week (Mon-Fri) + OT available on weekends

Start Date: Monday, August 31 (ongoing orientations until positions filled)
Duration: Through 2029

Site Requirements:
Must pass drug test
Must pass background check
Valid driver's license or ID card
2 utility bills matching name/address (required for per diem)

Incentives:
Retention Bonus: 5% of annual gross earnings
Service Recognition Bonus: +$1.00 to +$2.50/hr (increases every 6 months)
