We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Industrial Janitors to maintain cleanliness and safety in an industrial facility located in South Austin. The ideal candidates will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing production areas, machinery, warehouses, and restrooms to ensure a clean, organized, and hazard-free environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize floors, restrooms, break rooms, and other facility areas using industrial cleaning equipment and supplies.
Remove waste, recyclables, and hazardous materials in accordance with safety standards.
Restock cleaning and hygiene supplies as needed.
Follow safety protocols
Assist with minor maintenance tasks and report any facility damage or safety hazards.
Support special cleaning projects as needed during facility shutdowns or maintenance periods.
Comply with company policies, OSHA standards, and cleanliness regulations.

Qualifications:
Ability to communicate effectively in English language
Previous industrial janitorial or custodial experience preferred.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform physical labor.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, or overtime, if required.

Working Conditions:
Work is performed in a manufacturing or warehouse environment with exposure to dust, noise, and chemicals.
Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required.

We are seeking skilled MIG Welders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and metalworking, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing durable and aesthetically pleasing products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate MIG welding equipment to assemble metal components.
• Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precision in welding.
• Cut, shape, and prepare metal materials using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure all welds meet industry standards and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline production processes and improve efficiency.

The Staffing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the success of our agency by managing the recruitment process, coordinating with clients and candidates, and ensuring a smooth and efficient staffing operation. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Sourcing:
o Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through various channels, including job fairs and community events.
o Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
o Match candidates’ skills and experience with client job requirements to find the best fit.

2. Client and Candidate Relations:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a recruitment or staffing role, ideally within an agency setting.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software preferred but will train.,
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written (Bi-lingual Spanish preferred)
