"Adapt not adopt" A job seeker cannot expect an employer to "adopt" a general information resume and hope for an interview or job offer. Today one must "adapt" the resume to the specific job description. With large numbers of people applying, the interview goes to the candidate who makes it easier for the employer to find the qualities he is seeking.
