🚀 We’re Hiring! Injection Molding Technician – Weekend Power Shift! 🚀

BESTAFF is on the hunt for an experienced Injection Molding Technician who loves hands-on work, problem-solving, and keeping machines running like champs! 💪⚙️

Why you’ll love this role:
🔥 Work Friday–Sunday, 6am–6pm
💰 36 hours worked = paid for 40 hours
💵 $28–$35/hour (based on experience)
🤖 Get hands-on with robotics (3 & 6 axis!)
🧠 Use your skills with Pebax, Polycarbonate & other resins

What you’ll be doing:
✅ Set up, process, and troubleshoot injection molding machines
✅ Perform mold & color changeovers like a pro
✅ Start and operate robots efficiently
✅ Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
✅ Minimize waste & hit daily performance goals
✅ Communicate with maintenance and leadership when issues arise

What we’re looking for:
🔧 At least 2 years of injection molding experience (setup, processing & troubleshooting)
🎓 High school diploma or equivalent
🗣️ Ability to read, write, and understand English
🤝 Team player with strong mechanical aptitude
🤖 Exposure to robotics (or eagerness to learn!)
⏰ Reliable attendance is a must

🚨 Now Hiring: Reach Truck Operator – 1st Shift 🚨

BESTAFF is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Reach Truck Operator to support warehouse operations at our Indianapolis facility.

🕖 Schedule: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
💲 Pay: $18.00/hour

🔧 Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a reach truck to move, store, and retrieve inventory
Load/unload and place products in high rack storage
Pick and stage orders per customer and shipping needs
Perform inventory moves, replenishment, and transfers
Verify counts and ensure accurate item placement
Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines
Complete daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
Assist with packing, labeling, and shipping as needed
Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment
✅ Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred
1+ year reach truck experience (preferred)
Forklift/reach truck certification a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Must pass background check and drug screening
🏭 Work Environment
Warehouse setting with varying temperatures
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
Operation of powered industrial equipment in active zones
