My client is a well-funded SaaS startup bringing AI-based global consumer insights to major food brands (Nestle, Pepsico, Conagra, Freshly and others), which use the platform for discovering trends, marketing opportunities, and increasing sales.

This is an extremely autonomous Sr. Sales (IC) role and the classic "ground floor opportunity" (equity) and a chance to be part of bringing data-based insights to the companies that feed the world.

When I was young, I saw a man and woman, both with very long hair, sitting in white pajamas on a bed of white sheets talking about Peace and ending a senseless war. That image has stayed with me for decades. Today, as I look on LinkedIn I am heartened to see so many companies and individuals expressing support for the people of Ukraine and, once again, asking for the end of a senseless war. But others have said not to post about "politics" on LinkedIn. Keep it "professional". To me this is disturbing because it suggests that our humanity has no place in our "professional" endeavors. I believe that's outdated thinking. And as a professional recruiter I can tell you that the quality companies value the most in candidates is authenticity. We don't have to broadcast our personal beliefs if we choose not to, but please don't rag on me (or anyone else) when we choose to do exactly that in the name of PEACE.
