There are people right now who need your legal services. They don't know you exist. That's the entire problem marketing is trying to solve.
Not close them. Not convince them they need a lawyer. Not prove you're better than the firm down the street. Just... get them to raise their hand and start talking.
But here's what most law firms do: they try to pack everything into marketing.
They want the ad to close the deal. They want the website to explain the legal strategy. They want the social post to convince someone of their qualifications. They want marketing to do what sales should do.
Stop blaming your marketing for not closing deals. That's not its job. Its job is connection. Conversation. Raising hands.
Once you separate those functions, your whole business gets clearer. Your messaging gets clearer. Your results get better.
