Position #1: Business Analyst
Work Schedule: 5AM-1PM Manila Time, Tues-Sat
Salary: ₱25,000 to ₱65,000* monthly
Primary Responsibilities
1. Supply chain and vendor support
2. Full product definition, inventory and price analysis
3. Creating purchase orders
4. Bookkeeping (quarterly reports, sales tax)
Additional Requirement
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel
(IMPORTANT: Only proceed if you have advanced knowledge in Excel and are used to dealing with a LARGE set of data at highly detailed manner. Just knowing SUM or IF formulas and pivot tables will not be enough. This position is most suited for candidates who have used Excel for multiple years and know the true depths of how complicated Excel is. Knowledge of VBA is an advantage.
Position #2: Ecommerce Account Analyst
Work Schedule: 9AM-5PM Pacific Time, Mon-Fri
Salary: ₱20,000 to ₱50,000* monthly
Primary Responsibilities
1. Email handling and phone handling
2. Managing sales channels and submitting orders
3. Tracking sales metrics and online feedback
4. Compiling data and preparing sales reports
5. Communicating with vendors and distributors
*Published salaries are for starting only. Multiple salary increases within a year are possible to match an employee's skill levels.
