HIS PROCESS IS STRICTLY OPTIONAL CERTIFICATION. Artists already practicing can get certified based on experience, having attended school in the past, or union membership. Contrary to a misconception, once certified an artist would NEVER have to go to school to maintain the certification nor would they loose it after 3 yrs. Artists who attended school in the past and Union artists will always be able to get certified, if they choose to, even after the grace period ends.
