4️⃣ Four years of building .confidential

Vulnerable truth be told, this year didn’t sparkle — it stretched me.

Entrepreneurship will do that. It asks you to grow faster than you think you can, to lead through seasons that challenge everything you thought you knew about yourself — and sometimes, to put out everyone else’s fire before your own.

But this year, in particular, taught me what real growth looks like — not just in revenue or reputation (which can be vanity metrics), but in strength, self-awareness, authenticity, intention and alignment.

I’m still learning that becoming a stronger CEO starts with not abandoning yourself.
And when you invest in yourself — and do the hard, strategic work to define your business more clearly — the things that no longer fit naturally start to fall away.
Even versions of yourself that were built for survival, not sustainability.
Clarity creates space for what’s meant for you — the right partners, the right opportunities, the right rhythm, and the trust to follow both yourself and the process.

Sometimes, doubling down on transformation means celebrating when things break down, knowing better seasons are ahead.

🃏 Lastly, as a tribute to a hobby that kept me grounded this year, I’ll borrow some holy grail truths from No-Limit Hold ’Em poker that defined my fourth year in business:

🧠 You can’t control the cards, only how you play them.

🫀 The best players — and leaders — know when to bet big, when to fold, and when to step away from the table to breathe.
