We are seeking an experienced Aluminum Welder to join our customer’s team in Cowlitz County. The ideal candidate will have experience welding aluminum components, reading blueprints, and producing quality welds while maintaining a strong focus on safety and accuracy.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
-Perform MIG/TIG welding on aluminum materials and components.
-Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications.
-Set up and operate welding equipment and tools.
-Prepare materials by measuring, cutting, grinding, cleaning, and fitting components.
-Inspect welds for quality, strength, and accuracy.
-Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
-Previous aluminum welding experience required.
-Experience with MIG and/or TIG welding preferred.
-Ability to read and understand blueprints and welding specifications.
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
-Ability to use basic measuring tools and hand/power tools.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements
-Ability to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, and work in various positions for extended periods.
-Ability to lift and move materials as required.
-Ability to work in a manufacturing/shop environment.

Noxious W**d Technician – 3-Week Project

Pay Rate: $18.60 per hour

Project Start Date: August 17

Duration: Approximately 3 weeks

Schedule: Four 10-hour days per week

Job Type: Temporary Project

Job Duties:
-Hike designated areas around Mt. St. Helens while carrying a 25–35 lb. backpack.
-Identify, map, and treat noxious weeds.
-Complete reports at the end of each workday.
-Enjoy paid travel time to and from the mountain each day.

Qualifications:
-Must be at least 18 years old.
-Ability to hike over uneven terrain while carrying 25–35 lbs.
-Some positions require a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
-Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Kennel Attendant – Part-Time

We're looking for a dependable and hardworking Kennel Attendant to help keep our facility clean, safe, and comfortable for the animals in our care.

Schedule:
-A few hours each day
-7 days a week
-Consistent daily schedule (hours to be discussed)

Job Duties:
-Clean and sanitize kennels, cages, and animal housing areas
-Sweep, mop, and disinfect floors and work areas
-Wash food and water bowls
-Dispose of waste and maintain a clean environment
-Refill food and water as directed
-Monitor animals and report any concerns to management
-Follow cleaning and safety procedures at all times

Qualifications:
-Reliable and punctual
-Comfortable working around dogs and other animals
-Able to lift up to 50 pounds
-Able to bend, kneel, stand, and perform physical work for several hours
-Attention to detail and ability to work independently
-Previous kennel or animal care experience is a plus, but not required

Pay: $20.00 per hour
