Founded in 2009 by Deborah Peterson, the club is for job seekers in the Los Angeles and Orange County California areas to meet once a month to network, exchange ideas and best practices, share stories and provide support. Recruiters, Corporate HR Professionals, Motivational speakers, etc are guests and encouraged to provide input.

Meeting Schedule has changed to once a month first Monday of the Month. Open discussion among members still the main format along with recent job market updates and article sharing etc. Evening events still continue to be scheduled contact Deborah Peterson if you would like to host an evening event. Dear Lifehacker, I heard that a lot of companies use software to w**d out "good" from "bad" resumes. How do those systems work, and is there anything I can do to improve my chances of my resume getting through the system and into the hands of a real person?
