We're running a 5K this fall (10/3)!

Join the Challenger Learning Center in supporting Locktoberfest during the 40th Anniversary of the Challenger Shuttle incident, to help carry on their legacy of bringing experiential STEM education to young students.

Live Race: The race will start and end at the Kenan Center, and will utilize the neighborhood streets of the City of Lockport. Runners, walkers, and strollers are welcome to participate. CLICK HERE to view the course map: https://www.clclockport.org/fivekroute.html

All participants who register by September 13th will receive a Challenger Learning Center William Gregory 5K Velcro-backed mission patch. For an additional $5 you can have the 5K t-shirt. Packet and shirt pick ups will be done on-site the morning of the race.

Awards: Overall top male and female runners will receive a certificate for a free mission simulation for up to ten people (value of $200).

Join us after the race for a drink, hosted by the staff of the Kenan Center, with healthy snacks!

We had an absolute blast at Astronaut Camp this year! We built egg drop landers, habitats, explored and planned a rover mission across mars, mined asteroid ice orbs, launched rockets into space, and so much more! We had so many fun filled days!

If you are interested in any more of our camps this summer, we still have room in our sci-fi camp and older STEM camp group!
