Currently ISO Diesel Mechanics to work for the City of Detroit.

Candidates MUST be state certified in at least 2 of the following:

1. HD Engine Repair
2. HD Braking Systems
3. HD Suspension & Steering System
4. HD Electrical Systems

Class B CDL (Preferred)

Candidates will need their own hand tools, tool storage, and power/air tools

The positions would start at $32 hourly w/OT opportunities

Candidates would be working on All City vehicles (police, fire, waste, snow plow, side loaders, and rear loaders)

It's a temp-to-hire position and would more than likely end up becoming a permanent position.

The first 4-6 weeks would be full-time afterwards would be on-call.
