**Ambulatory Surgery Center Supervisor (RN)**
Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
💰 $75,000 – $85,000 DOE

We’re looking for an experienced RN leader to join a dynamic outpatient surgery team focused on excellence in patient care, safety, and operational efficiency.

In this role, you’ll:
• Lead daily clinical operations and patient flow
• Manage and develop a talented clinical & clerical team
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
• Drive quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with physicians and leadership to optimize the center

**Requirements:**
• Current Arkansas RN License
• BLS & ACLS Certifications
• 5+ years RN experience in ASC or Hospital setting
• 3+ years leadership / management experience
• BSN preferred

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong clinical leader who wants to make a real impact in a growing surgery center with an excellent Monday–Friday schedule.
