But here's a little advice from someone who works in recruiting every day. 👀

**Quality over quantity wins!** 🎯

Instead of sending out 100 applications, try these strategies:

✅ **Tailor your resume.** Make sure your experience highlights the skills the employer is actually looking for.

✅ **Don't just apply and disappear.** Find the recruiter or hiring manager on LinkedIn and send a quick, professional introduction.

✅ **Apply for jobs you're qualified for.** You don't have to check every box, but focus on positions that genuinely align with your experience.

✅ **Keep track of your applications.** Nothing makes a recruiter cringe more than calling a candidate who has no idea what position they applied for. 😬
