Reenlistment bonuses will be suspended effective 1 July at least thru the end of the fiscal year or until further guidance is posted.

Soldiers can extend 365 days out. That means with an ETS date of 30 June 2022 could exten for a bonus as long as they are:

DMOSQ
Not flagged
Have less than 13 years 1 month of service at time of ETS.
