I had one of my most proudest moments being a small business owner today. I went to meet a team to deliver product. They had stopped for coffee between houses. I walked in to the establishment and there they were chatting away with another one of our teams. Establishing teams that become friends and building a community within our small business is the ultimate win. They are always helping their teams out, communicating not only with me but with each other. Love this for us.
