Career Readiness Services for FCPS Students! 🎓💼

Are you a parent or teacher of a student ages 14–21 in Fayette County Public Schools with an IEP or 504 Plan?

Bluegrass Career Services (BCS) provides Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) designed to help students build the skills, confidence, and experience they need to prepare for life after high school.

Through individualized and group sessions, we provide career readiness services in schools, at our multiple locations, and throughout the community.

Our Pre-ETS services can help students:

🔎 Explore careers and identify their interests and strengths
💼 Develop workplace readiness and professional skills
🤝 Gain real-world work-based learning experiences
📝 Learn job-search, resume, and interview skills
🎓 Explore post-secondary education and training options
🗣️ Build communication, self-advocacy, and problem-solving skills
🚀 Develop greater confidence and independence as they prepare for their future
Our goal is to educate, empower, and prepare students for successful employment and life after high school.

The BCS team was excited to welcome Fayette County Public Schools teachers back for another school year!

We were proud to highlight our Career Readiness (Pre-ETS) program, designed to support high school students with IEPs and 504 Plans as they prepare for future education, training, and employment opportunities.
