We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator to set up, maintain and operate machinery. You’ll ensure the efficient running of production. A great machine operator is reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards.

Schedule:

Thursday, Friday, Saturday every other Wednesday 6a-6p

Responsibilities

Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle
Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)
Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
Test operation of machines periodically
Fix issues that might occur during the shift
Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
Maintain activity logs
Skills

Proven experience as a machine operator
Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer etc.)
Understanding of production procedures
Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)
Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals
Attention to detail
Teamwork and communication skills
Physical stamina and strength
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus
$16.00/HR paid every Friday

Guaranteed OT every other week

BaronHR is looking for a reliable and responsible person to join our team in Lunenburg, MA.

Primary responsibility is to maintain the high standards of housekeeping throughout the manufacturing plant and office spaces. We are looking for people who have good job track record who wants to learn and contribute to a growing business.

Responsabilities:
*Some preventative maintenance

*Vacuum floors and empty trash as needed

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Count, tag, and pack product as well as keep track of inventory
-Scan products to conduct inventory
-Cross-train in all areas of the warehouse
-Check, verify and inspect to ensure products are of good quality and
damage-free
-Identify, separate, label, and palatalize merchandise for relocation
-Perform all duties assigned by Distribution Management Team

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-Have a positive attitude and be self–motivated
-Must be 18 years or older to apply
-Have basic math and computer skills
-Speak, read and understand English for effective communication with
key members
-Flexibility with scheduling (willing to work overtime when necessary)
-Ability to work independently and with a team
-Ability to frequently kneel, squat, bend, stoop and twist occasionally
-Ability to lift to 65 pounds
-Ability to stand for the entire shift
-Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds with the use of pallet jack
-Comply with all company policies and procedures
-Prior warehouse experience and RF Scan technology a plus
