Crossroads Jobs Connecting Capable Applicants with Marketplace Jobs Job seekers attend an orientation and a series of workshops at Crossroads Jobs in English OR Spanish.

They are interviewed by a Job counselor, references are verified and they are then sent on appropriate and prearranged interviews and/or application screenings.

In honor of (NDEAM), we want to share Hannah’s story!🩵
Hannah just received her ONE-YEAR certificate at Michael’s, Sterling!🎉She has received job coaching on an as-needed basis from Crossroads Jobs since contacting us in October 2025, for help with task instruction, strategies to maintain focus, and emotional support.
Hannah started at Michael’s under Sylvia and Carla’s tutelage stocking items, but has now mastered balloons, paint and sticker organizing, and filling online orders. She is looking forward to learning cashiering next! 💪
Crossroads has been partnering with Virginia Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services to provide job coaching and post placement support. As they say, Teamwork makes the Dream work! Hannah is a Super Star!🌟

We were at the Loudoun Reentry Job Fair earlier today at Claude Moore Recreation Center. The fair was hosted by The Loudoun County Government's Loudoun Workforce Resource Center and the District 25 Adult Probation & Parole. Our mission is to provide free, individualized job search and placement assistance to individuals seeking employment, and to refer pre-screened job applicants to area employers. "We get to know the Person, not just the Resume!"

Thanks to our amazing community, Crossroads Jobs has placed 98 individuals into meaningful employment so far this year! 💼✨
