Coming Together for Our Community! 🤝

A huge thank you to Leadership Loudoun for inviting our Executive Director, Carol Smith, to participate in today's ALICE Presentation and Panel discussion.

It was an incredible opportunity to collaborate with fellow nonprofits and Loudoun County Government officials. Together, we’re diving deep into the challenges facing the ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) population to build smarter, stronger strategies for our neighbors.

Proof that hard work and a second chance can change everything! 🌟

When T first came to us, he was facing the uphill battle of being unhoused and recently released from prison, all without a vehicle. Despite these hurdles, he showed up every day with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed.

At Crossroads Jobs, we built his resume, connected with local employers, and prepped for interviews. Today, we are thrilled to share that T has landed a full-time position as a warehouse associate! 🎊

T’s journey is a powerful reminder that with a little support and a lot of grit, transformation is possible. Help us celebrate his incredible new beginning! 👏
