We may not get to see John very often, but his emails make sure we never forget he’s there. 😂

As our company accountant, John keeps our books (and the rest of us) in line, handling countless things behind the scenes that we don’t always even realize are happening. We’re incredibly grateful for his intelligence, his wit and all the ways he keeps things running smoothly from afar.

🧡 Congratulations to our newest converted employees! 💙

One of our favorite things to celebrate each month is seeing a Spherion assignment turn into something more.

In July, eight employees across our Central and Coastal Florida locations officially went full-time with the companies where they had been working through Spherion.

They each started with an opportunity, showed what they could do, and earned their next chapter.

Last week, our leadership team came together for a full day of learning, workshopping and some really good conversations about how we can continue getting better at what we do.

We dug into important safety updates and how we can continue protecting our employees while supporting our clients. We also spent time on sales training, working through real-life scenarios and practicing conversations together. A big thank you to Carlos and Lynn from Spherion corporate for joining us in person and making the time together so valuable.

And somewhere in between all that learning, we made time for a little celebrating too. 🧡💙 This year marks 40 years in business for our franchise, and getting to recognize that milestone together made an already great day even sweeter. 🎉

Five years of backpacks, school supplies, and showing up for our local schools. 🎒

Through our annual Spherion Back-to-School Giveback Program, our teams across Central and Coastal Florida packed and delivered 180 backpacks filled with school supplies, along with additional classroom essentials for teachers and staff.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to support our partner schools and hope these donations make a mighty difference for the students and teachers heading into a new school year.

Thank you to our teams, school partners, and everyone who helped bring this year’s giveback to life.
