Since our team is spread all across Pennsylvania, getting everyone together in person is always the highlight of our summer. ☀️

We raffled off some incredible prizes for our team - including two mystery raffle baskets! The lucky winning offices received 'Jay for a Day' (a full day of office help from our owner) and 'Kurt for Christmas' (a day of extra help from our intern, Kurt, during the holiday season)! 💼🎁

Location: Local Facility
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday

Shifts: 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hands-on maintenance experience and a strong work ethic. You will play a key role in maintaining our facility, inspecting equipment, and ensuring operations run smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities
•Inspection & Monitoring: Regularly inspect buildings, systems, and machinery to identify issues or maintenance needs.
•Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled preventive care, including lubrication, filter changes, and equipment adjustments.
•Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose mechanical breakdowns and use hand tools to complete effective repairs.
•Facility Maintenance: Maintain general facility and grounds upkeep to keep the work environment safe and presentable.
•Record Keeping: Keep accurate logs of all repairs, work orders, and inventory supplies.

Key Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on maintenance experience (Required).
Tool Proficiency: Comfortable using standard hand tools and equipment diagnostic tools.
Reliability: Outstanding attendance, punctuality, and dependability.
Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve equipment breakdowns efficiently.
