Job Summary:
We are hiring a Pre‑Fabrication Operator to support daily production by operating machinery used to bend, shape, cut, and form metal materials. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, learning new equipment, and being part of a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Training is provided.

Responsibilities:
-Operate fabrication machines, tools, and equipment
-Set up and adjust machinery based on production requirements
-Measure, align, and prepare materials for processing
-Ensure raw materials are stocked and ready for scheduled work
-Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
-Perform basic machine maintenance
-Maintain a clean and safe work area
-Meet daily production goals and deadlines
-Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
-Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 inch
-Basic math skills
-Ability to read and follow plans, instructions, and safety guidelines
-Ability to safely operate or learn to operate machine controls
-Ability to understand English for safety and communication
-Strong teamwork and communication skills
-Manufacturing or fabrication experience is helpful
-Basic Training is provided

Physical Requirements
-Ability to stand for long periods
-Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry materials
-Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
-Ability to work in hot or cold environments
