Job Overview:

Currently seeking an Entry-Level to Intermediate MIG Welder for a manufacturing facility in Lebanon, PA. This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity with the potential for long-term employment, advancement opportunities, and future pay increases upon permanent hire.

This position is ideal for candidates with previous MIG welding experience, including recent trade school graduates looking to gain hands-on manufacturing experience.

Job Responsibilities:

-Perform MIG welding on steel crates, racks, containers, and other fabricated steel products
-Weld and assemble metal components according to specifications
-Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and production requirements
-Maintain production and quality standards
