Are you a skilled Industrial Electrician with a knack for PLC programming? We are looking for a proactive expert to manage and maintain our electrical infrastructure. From troubleshooting complex systems to mentoring others, your expertise will keep our operations powered and efficient.

The Mission:
• Troubleshoot & Program: Master PLC logic, work with VFDs, and interpret electrical schematics.
• Maintain & Install: Repair everything from transformers and switchgear to hydraulic and pneumatic control systems.
• Improve: Take the initiative to identify and implement plant-wide operational upgrades.
• Lead: Provide expert guidance and training to other team members.

What You Need:
• Experience: 4+ years in an industrial setting (or equivalent).

We’re looking for a dependable, safety-focused Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team! If you have experience operating wheel loaders, forklifts, or other heavy equipment and enjoy working in a fast-paced outdoor environment, we’d love to hear from you.

The Details:
⏰ Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday (Day Shift)
📍 Location: Lebanon, PA

What You’ll Do:
• Operate wheel loaders to move, stack, load, and unload lumber products.
• Safely move trailers throughout the yard using a yard truck.
• Support shipping, receiving, and production operations.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain safe traffic flow and organize inventory throughout the yard.
• Help keep the yard clean, organized, and operating efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum of 2 years of heavy equipment operating experience.
• Experience with wheel loaders, forklifts, or similar equipment.
• Yard truck or trailer jockey experience is a plus.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
