ENTRY LEVEL ADMIN W/ CONSTRUCTION BACKGROUND

Summary of Primary Functions: This role will perform administrative tasks at the project site including, time keeping, assisting with site hiring process, completing necessary paperwork for employees at site, internal and customer reporting, etc. Collect Hours/Per Diem from site Employees and report to Corporate office on a weekly basis.

MUST HAVE OSHA 10 CARD

PASS Drug Test & Background Check

PPE: Steel Toe boots, Hard Hat, Safety Glasses, H-Vis Vest

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: Previous administrative or office support experience (construction industry preferred).
Software Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Organization: Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse teams.

Accounting Administrative Assistant

Job description
Synergy Labor Solutions is a construction staffing company that provides skilled labor to commercial and industrial contractors all over the country. We are growing and currently setting up interviews for an Accounting Administrative Assistant.
Functions and Responsibilities of the Accounting Administrative Assistant include:

Assist with payroll, invoicing
Perform day-to-day financial data entry of accounts payable transactions including classifying, verifying, and recording data to spreadsheets
Answer incoming calls
Assist recruiters, sales support staff & managers
Sort and distribute office correspondence
Compose reports, memorandums, and other correspondence as directed
Performs various tasks as assigned by management

Competencies
Must be at a high level of proficiency and competency in experience and knowledge of operating a computer; understanding how to navigate computer systems, competence in typing, as well as using programs like; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Quickbooks
Proficient with Bullhorn (CRM) a plus
Attention to detail/thoroughness
Strong problem-solving, time management, and analytical skills; ability to manage priorities and workflow with accuracy in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Organization and prioritization skills; Ability to multi-task
Ability to maintain confidentiality
