Workforce was honored to serve as leaders of the Orientation and Leadership Training for the Scotland County Chamber Junior Leadership Team!

The students’ participation, enthusiasm, and teamwork were truly amazing!
Through career-readiness activities, interactive icebreakers, and team-building exercises, we watched these young leaders engage, collaborate, and discover valuable workplace skills.

We positively impacted 9 young lives—and in return, those 9 students changed OUR lives! ❤️
The greatest takeaway came from hearing the students share what they learned and how the experience impacted them.
Those reflections are exactly why we love what we do. ❤️
