What a fun event XS Event Staffing just helped bring to life!

A client called us asking if we could source a Mario Bowser mascot costume for the Tinter Battles show in Los Angeles.

While mascot performers are part of our regular services, sourcing a specific costume is usually outside our scope. But we don’t like giving clients a hard NO until we’ve exhausted every option.

At the end of the day, our priority is simple: help our clients make their event happen.

It’s always exciting to be part of the expos that bring together some of the biggest names.

This year, our team had the opportunity to support Customer Contact Week in Las Vegas that brings together the companies shaping the future of AI.

We may not be staffing Microsoft’s own booth just yet… but being part of an event where companies like Microsoft, Amazon, and RingCentral come together is something we’re incredibly proud of.

We’re proud to have connected our client with an outstanding staff member for the IAAP Summit 2026 in Los Angeles, where he helped with the raffle and supported attendees throughout the conference.

Amihai is an actor and model who recently moved to the US to boost his career. We were excited to book him as conference staff for this event, and he did an incredible job representing our client.

I was told by our SEO manager, which also happens to be an AI agent (yes, we use AI behind the scenes to streamline our internal processes and keep our rates competitive), that I should post more photos of myself instead of just sharing pictures from live events.

So, here I am. Xenia, the founder, the creative director, the team manager, and the web developer behind XS Event Staffing.

I am the one who talks to clients and staff. I try to visit events to say hello and meet our team. Sometimes, I get a chance to meet our clients! XS crew helped assemble custom photo walls for an AMEX event at Wynn Las Vegas.

Setup and breakdown staff are the most invisible roles but the most essential at every successful event.

They’re the people assembling photo booths, moving furniture, unloading materials, setting up tables at weddings, organizing trade show booths… Basically, making sure everything is exactly where it needs to be before the event starts.

And when the event is over, someone still needs to pack, dismantle, load out, and leave the venue the way it was found.

XS Trade Show Hostess represented a heavy-industry client from Dubai at the National Fire Protection Association convention @ Mandalay Bay Convention Center, Las Vegas.

The client needed to capture leads, especially from Mexico. So, speaking Spanish was essential! And Karen went above and beyond, making both the client and us happy!
