Our beautiful and professional brand ambassadors hitting the JCK convention floor in Las Vegas!

This time, the client did not have a designated booth. But as we say, “No booth? No problem!”

The client’s goal was to reach as many JCK exhibitors as possible by asking qualifying questions, introducing their platform, and signing up prospects on the spot.

Conventions are busy, and the real business happens after the show is over, our four XS brand ambassadors covered both trade show floors without skipping a single booth.

The results are still coming in, but we’re confident they’ll be strong.

Look at XS friendly faces! Our Los Angeles brand ambassadors are hitting Tesla Superchargers in partnership with Southern California Edison 😍

Approaching Tesla and other EV owners to promote a platform where EV drivers can save up to 10% on their energy bills simply by charging their vehicles at night. This helps reduce peak electricity demand, lowers grid maintenance costs, and improves overall grid efficiency.

On a bigger scale, it can also help reduce the risk of wildfires in California, which can sometimes be caused by overloaded electrical infrastructure.

Most staffing projects don’t start with a crisis.

This one did.

What began as a request for 15 event hosts at a major boxing event in Los Angeles quickly turned into an 85-person staffing operation involving VIP hosts, credential check staff, brand ambassadors, and even Arabic-speaking event personnel supporting an international delegation.

This was one of the largest event staffing projects we had ever managed for a single event.
