After 10 years of partnership, countless patients cared for, and numerous travel assignments completed, we had the privilege of celebrating an incredible milestone as Jim finished his final assignment and entered a well-deserved retirement.

Before beginning this next chapter, Jim was visited by our President, John Nolan, who personally thanked him for a decade of partnership and an extraordinary nursing career.

With more than 20 years of RN experience specializing in ICU and PCU care, Jim has made a lasting impact on patients and healthcare teams across the country. Throughout his career, he served as a Charge Nurse, Preceptor, mentor, and trusted clinician, bringing professionalism, expertise, and compassion to every assignment.

As one of Jim's longtime recruiters, Kyle LaBar, shared:
"Jim set the standard in every way during the years I had the privilege of being his recruiter. His clinical excellence, consistency, and respect for others were unmatched. He brought strength and discipline to even the most challenging patient care situations, improving countless lives through his dedication and expertise day after day.

While healthcare is losing one of the very best, Jim has more than earned this next chapter. Wishing you a well-deserved retirement. The man, the myth, the legend. Enjoy it, Sir Jimothy the Great!"
