This position will be responsible for providing a tour guest presentation in the Sales department by delivering a new wave of sales experience for VIP Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) loyalty rewards members and renters. The primary function is to ensure a superior guest experience while our guests are visiting the resort. The Sales Consultant will advise clients on how being a HCV owner will provide added value to their lives and is prepared to address/overcome any questions or concerns while providing a quality customer service experience.

The Contract Processor I position is responsible for the timely and accurate preparation and processing of vacation packages, new sales and standard upgrade contract documents. Additionally, this position is responsible for the daily update of demographic, sales personnel and marketing information.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

Data entry and document preparation of vacation packages, timeshare purchases, and warranty deeds.
Verifies exchange information, owner usage, and communicates transactions and balances to Sales Consultants.
Conducts deed verifications and prepares documents for property transfers.
Updates demographic and financial information.
Prepares daily sales deposits. Documents accounts and properly route action items.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be able to work weekends and late shifts as needed.
Must be able to multi-task.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent cash handling skills.
Must be able to type 40 WPM.
Must possess knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
Must be detail oriented and well organized.
