Started by food and beverage industry professionals, Got Staff was created for one reason and one reason only. Las Vegas is a city known for its hospitality and service, but that is where staffing companies fall short. After working at several of the cities top restaurants and running a successful catering company, we realized that there was a solution to this problem and we were going to fix it.

Instead of waiting for someone to apply for work, we were going to be our own headhunters. We were going to invite people who we saw first hand knew what they were doing, dressed and acted professionally and could be an asset to an event. For example, if we were out to dinner and our server was amazing, we would ask them if they wanted to work with us. Thats how we started and that how we're ensuring the right staff for your next event.
