An ideal Call Center Representative must be proficient with technology and must also have great communication skills, in addition a requirement for this position is
35-40 WPM.

About The Position
Call Center Representatives are focusing on phone calls to ensure the proper care to customers regarding their recent order/purchase. CSR are also responsible for other office duties as assigned by management.
Job Duties:
Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
Answer customers' questions about products and their application, availability, schedule rentals, rental call offs and service calls over the phone and via e-mail
Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties, and other account items
Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
Support Outside Sales Team
Perform basic clerical duties including data entry and filing
About The Location
Call Center Representative are generally working indoors, in an office like setting, with cubicles to divide other representatives.
Requirements:
• Call center or equipment rental experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Must be able to pass drug test
**Must be available to work various shifts to include weekends and Holidays**
**Shifts will change weekly- must be flexible**
