Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Part-time Administrative Assistant for a Storage Facility in Central Las Vegas.

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Administrative Leasing Assistant to support daily operations for a property/storage facility. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and previous leasing experience in a property management or storage environment is a plus.

Pay: $18/hr

Schedule: 2–3 days per week + on-call availability, weekends off!

Responsibilities:
• Manage leasing contracts and related documentation
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and guests
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Answer incoming phone calls and online inquiries
• Prepare notices, forms, and other administrative documents
• Run errands and assist with daily office operations as needed
• Oversee the facility in the Property Manager’s absence

Requirements:
• Previous experience with leasing contracts in property management or storage facilities
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Professional communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Must have a valid driver’s license
