Always love getting out and connecting with our local business community! 🤝✨

Last week, SNA had a blast attending the SR Chamber of Commerce mixer at the Falkirk Cultural Center. Beyond being a fantastic evening of networking, we’re so proud to partner with the San Rafael Chamber as we lead the search for their next CEO! 💼🌟

It was a wonderful night catching up with board members, chatting with the dedicated Chamber staff, seeing old friends, and making plenty of new ones along the way. 📸🥂

🏈 There’s something powerful about seeing a community come together to build connections, develop healthy lifestyles, achieve success, and experience the joy of sports.

At the Super Bowl 60 event, - joined the American Heart Association, GENYOUth, the National Football League, and to inspire kids to stay active and dream big. That kind of collaboration sends a strong message to the next generation.
Stacy had the opportunity to attend alongside our client, Special Olympics Northern California, and spend meaningful time with their incredible team.

From connecting with Miss America to meeting the ever-energetic mascot from the San Francisco , the spirit of the day was all about partnership, visibility, and impact.

Most importantly, it was time well spent with leaders who are doing the work every day.

Big moments like this are exciting.

To our nonprofit leaders: visibility matters. Partnerships matter. Showing up matters.
We’re proud to stand alongside organizations that are changing lives through sports, leadership, and opportunity.

Special Olympics Northern California is currently seeking a Senior Vice President for their Region 4 office in Pleasant Hill. Visit stacynelsonassociates.com for more information.

A day of strategy, smart partnerships, and a look at what executive search is becoming. 🤖 ✨

Our SNA team spent our annual retreat in San Francisco, including time at LinkedIn HQ exploring the newest AI tools shaping nonprofit leadership search in 2026.

The tech is evolving fast, and wha still matters most is human connection, judgment and trust.

And, yes we took a Waymo!

The future is already here and we are ready for it!
