Available Shifts:

Training:
- All shifts will train on 1st shift, Monday–Friday from 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, for approximately 2 weeks.
- Training may extend up to 3 weeks if additional support is needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Trim, assemble, inspect, and package plastic molded products.
- Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality.
- Learn and operate multiple machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Maintain attention to detail while working in a fast-paced setting.
- Follow all safety, production, and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Job Requirements:
- Must be flexible based on company needs.
- Must be able to pass testing with a score of 80% or higher.
- English comprehension is required, both spoken and written.
- Must be able to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail.
- Must be dependable and have good attendance.
- Must be able to work overtime as required, including some Saturdays.
- No phone policy is enforced during orientation and on the production floor.

Dress Code / PPE:
- Jeans, T-shirts, khakis, or work pants are acceptable.
- No offensive clothing.
- No flip-flops or Crocs.
- Closed-toe shoes are required.
- PPE is provided by the client.
