Toaster/Sheeter Operator in Grand Rapids, MI.
Starting at $17.50/hr. BOE | 3rd shift: 10:00p.m.-6:30a.m. with some additional overtime required on weekends. | Benefits available at 60 days.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor sheeter and toaster equipment used in tortilla chip manufacturing.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain proper thickness, texture, color, and product consistency.
• Conduct routine quality checks throughout the production process.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and GMP standards.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and communicate maintenance needs promptly.
• Maintain accurate production records and downtime logs.
• Assist with product changeovers, equipment cleaning, and sanitation procedures.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with production, quality assurance, and maintenance teams.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in food manufacturing or production preferred.
• Experience operating industrial food processing equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including overtime or weekends if needed.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills preferred.
Work Environment:
• Manufacturing/production facility environment.
• Exposure to heat, noise, dust, and moving machinery.
• PPE required in designated production areas.
