Miller Brother Staffing Solutions in Lancaster, PA has the immediate need of Electrical Mechanical Maintenance Techs for 2nd and 3rd shift.
Pay Rate – $20-$28/hour Based on experience
Shift:
2nd shift: Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pm
3rd shift: Monday-Thursday 11pm-7:30am
Overtime: Yes, open availability to work tons of overtime if they want.

Job Description:
As an Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance Person this candidate will be responsible to troubleshoot and repair food manufacturing equipment such as motor controls, DC/AC drives and controls, frying and baking equipment, sheeters, and extruders.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoots and repairs manufacturing equipment (motor controls, DC/AC drives and controls, baking equipment, sheeters, extruders, temperature instrumentation, burner systems and controls, packaging machines electronic scales, programmable logic controllers) etc.
Coordinates and completes installation and wiring of manufacturing equipment (pumps, fans, blowers and relay panels, etc.).
Prepares, coordinates, and implements preventative maintenance.
Troubleshoots and repairs various types of lighting.
Independently installs conduit, EMT, and sealtite to all equipment.
Requirements
Requires knowledge and skills in electrical, mechanical and electronic applications acquired through a minimum of five years of experience.
Ability to read electrical prints and schematics.
Ability to lift objects up to 100 lbs.
Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet.
Ability to distinguish colors.
Packaging machine experience preferred.
Must be able to show up to work when schedule
Able to read, write, speak, and understand sufficient English to communicate with supervisors and co-workers.
Be available and dependable for occasional overtime and Saturday work.
Able to lift at least 75 pounds.
Able to stand, walk, bend, reach and lift while on duty.
Must have good hand/eye coordination
Physical Demands: lifting up to 75 pounds, must be able to squat, bend, twist, kneel, and stand for duration of shift
