A southern Lancaster county company is seeking Welder/Fabricators for immediate hire:

Position- Welder/Fabricator

Job Description-

Mig solid wire, dual shield, flux core steel welding
Welding of conveyers, stackers (big boxes), other stations and systems
MUST be able to read blueprints (not just laying a bead)
Fabrication
Certifications are a plus, but not required
Use ¼ to 3/8 heavy plate (no gauge metals)
Experience with structural fabrication is preferred (work w/ beams & channels)

Shift: First shift (6am ~ 4:30pm) - Some OT at times, as job demands

Pay Rate- $14 - $19/hour – Based on experience and skillset

*Should be comfortable with a Fill-it MIG weld test, for consideration.

Job Description:

As an Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance Person this candidate will be responsible to troubleshoot and repair food manufacturing equipment such as motor controls, DC/AC drives and controls, frying and baking equipment, sheeters, and extruders.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoots and repairs manufacturing equipment (motor controls, DC/AC drives and controls, baking equipment, sheeters, extruders, temperature instrumentation, burner systems and controls, packaging machines electronic scales, programmable logic controllers) etc.
Coordinates and completes installation and wiring of manufacturing equipment (pumps, fans, blowers and relay panels, etc.).
Prepares, coordinates, and implements preventative maintenance.
Troubleshoots and repairs various types of lighting.
Independently installs conduit, EMT, and sealtite to all equipment.
Requirements

Requires knowledge and skills in electrical, mechanical and electronic applications acquired through a minimum of five years of experience.
Ability to read electrical prints and schematics.
Ability to lift objects up to 100 lbs.
Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet.

Provide labor associated with the installation of landscapes, mowing and maintenance of all lawns & garden beds.

Requirements:

Minimum of 18 years of age
0-2 + years verifiable professional experience in landscape and lawn maintenance preferred but not required
Reliable transportation.
