Our program aims to help those who are justice afflicted acquire the skills necessary to prosper with their second chance.. We partner with The Numbered, a non-profit leadership training program, to develop our clients into premier employment candidates. They offer our employees a voluntary 20 week program that helps them navigate the complexities of both their personal life and their work life. A

dditionally, we take extreme pride in ensuring we match our clients with companies that they will thrive with. This involves a comprehensive interview process that ensures we are meeting the needs of our contracted employers and setting our clients up with the best possible chances for success.
