About Our Family
We are a warm and loving family of five with three daughters: a 7-year-old (with us 50% of the time), a 2-year-old, and a 4-month-old. Mom works full-time in a demanding career, and Dad has been the primary caregiver during the week. As Dad navigates a health challenge, we are looking for a dependable, caring nanny to help share the load and bring consistency and joy to our girls' days.
The Role
This is a part-time position primarily focused on the two younger girls during the morning hours while the oldest is at school. You will be the heart of their mornings — keeping them engaged, safe, and happy through a mix of at-home play, outdoor walks, and outings to local parks and playgrounds. You will also help prepare and serve lunch for our 2-year-old before wrapping up for the day.
On days when the 7-year-old is home, you may occasionally assist with her as well.
Responsibilities
Supervise and engage the 2-year-old and 4-month-old in age-appropriate play, both at home and on outings
Take the girls on walks, trips to the park, and other enriching activities
