I have two clients adding SEC reporting positions:

• One is looking for a Sr Reporting Analyst (3-7 yeas experience) - public accounting experience is required and CPA is preferred, but not required. Salary is impressive and bonus is 10%. The job has lots of variety, but is definitely focused at least 40% of SEC reporting.

• The other company is looking for in a higher capacity (8+ years) - again, public accounting is required, but some corporate reporting experience would be attractive too. CPA preferred, but not required. Salary is quite a bit higher on this one and there is a bonus as well. Great exposure and growth opportunity.
