Are you a detail-oriented professional with manufacturing experience? Management Connections is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join a dynamic manufacturing team!
In this role, you will handle the setup, operation, and maintenance of equipment used to apply colors, finishes, and decorative applications to high-quality products.

Temp to Hire/FT/$20ph/AM Shift/Ukiah, CA

💼Responsibilities:
•Machine Operation: Perform setups, changeovers, and production startups.
•Quality Control: Monitor finishes, colors, and troubleshoot minor defects.
•Maintenance: Handle routine cleaning and minor mechanical issues.
•Material Management: Stage materials and monitor ink/solvent usage.
•Data Entry: Accurately log production and downtime into our ERP system.

✨ Qualifications & Requirements:
•High School Diploma or equivalent.
•5+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
•2+ years of Quality Assurance experience required.
•Wine industry experience is highly preferred! 🍇
•Strong basic math skills (calculating percentages, addition, subtraction).
•Ability to read spec sheets, drawings, and rulers.
•Reliable transportation and an excellent punctuality track record.

🏋️ Physical & Environment Needs:
•Comfortable in a fast-paced, noisy, light industrial environment.
•Ability to stand or walk for long periods and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
•Ability to wear a respirator and required PPE for extended periods.
•Must pass the CA DMV vision test.
