A: No! Apply to all the staffing companies that do the type of work your looking for in your area. This is because different businesses have relationships with different staffing, companies, and will have different opportunities!

Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week — off Friday, Saturday, and Sunday!

Work boots required (steel toe not required). Work shirts provided, with uniforms after probation period.

Exciting news for Dixieland! 👏

“The proposed service area includes 15 stops. It will cover the entire area from Cob & Pen to the south, Florida Southern College to the east, Prospect Lake Wire apartments to the west, and the Oak Street Parking lot to the north.”

Dixieland residents will have to wait a little longer for The Squeeze to expand into their neighborhood — but Citrus Connection says the service they eventually get will work much better.

Dianne shares the most common types of staffing- Temp, Temp- to- Hire, and Direct- Hire- What’s the difference?
Temp — Limited duration
Temp-to- Hire — Become permanent employee after contracted hours.
Direct- Hire — Hired into company directly.
Our company specializes in temp- to- hire, where both candidates and employers have the time to iron out any issues and make sure it’s the right fit!

Relying on Public Transportation can be a major limiting factor for candidates seeking employment, and we see and recognize the challenges. Dianne recently spoke with Cindy Glover at LkldNow about the difficulties of the current routes and schedules, and the lengths some candidates have gone to make it work! 🚌

For about 1 in 13 Lakeland households, getting to work, groceries, school, and doctor visits can mean long walks in heat or rain, missed buses, and costly workarounds.
