‼️‼️At Terrell Family Practice we are seeking an experienced, dependable, and friendly Medical Receptionist to join our fast-paced, high-volume medical office.

Responsibilities include:

* Greeting and checking in patients with professionalism and compassion
* Answering a high volume of phone calls and scheduling appointments
* Verifying insurance and obtaining authorizations
* Collecting copays and processing patient payments
* Maintaining accurate patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
* Coordinating with providers and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
* Performing general administrative and front office duties

Qualifications:

* Experience with EMR systems and insurance verification
* Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
* Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a busy environment
* Reliable, punctual, and a team player
* Strong attention to detail and professionalism
