Now imagine having to give up something that brings meaning to your life simply because the path to accessing it wasn't available.

The activity may be what gets you there, but it’s often the relationships, roles, and experiences along the way that make it meaningful.

What happens when we stop asking, "What service can we provide?" and start asking, "How would anyone else pursue this interest?"
We join a choir because we love to sing, an art class to create. We join a walking group, volunteer, become regulars at the library, or take lessons to learn something new. Support isn't about replacing ordinary life, it's about opening the door to it.

We all have ordinary moments that make life meaningful—our hobbies, routines, interests, and relationships. By taking time to study the ordinary in our own lives, we become better at recognizing what matters in someone else's. Because extraordinary support starts with understanding.
