📍 Location: El Monte, CA
• Follow up with warm inbound leads regarding contractor license and business development programs
• Conduct phone consultations and recommend appropriate services
• Build rapport and maintain communication throughout the enrollment process
• Confidently overcome objections and close sales opportunities
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up activities
• Previous sales experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Goal-oriented with a commission-driven mindset
• Basic computer skills required
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
