Will require lifting up to 50 lbs, some travel (reimbursed by either mileage or paid drive time). Must have strong attention to detail, do quality work, be reliable, and professional while on site.

•Changing tools and offsets as needed.

•Changing parts on machine.

•Setting up machines as needed or required.

•Checking machined product, using the appropriate measurement equipment and techniques to ensure proper dimensional requirements.

•Has the ability to determine if parts meet quality standards to continue running or if changes need to be made.

•Be able to make fixture repairs, buff and deburrs parts and plates, clean machines inside and out, maintain a clean work area, assists and backs up cell leader as needed, enters and analyzes date in Microsoft office systems, and must be able to multitask.

2. Positions and aligns parts in specified relationship to each other in jig, fixture, or other holding device.

3. Crimps, stakes, screws, bolts, rivets, welds, solders, cements, press fits, or performs similar operations to join or secure parts in place.

4. Connects component lead wires to printed circuit or routes and connects wires between individual component leads and other components, connectors, terminals, and contact points.

5. Installs finished assemblies or subassemblies in cases and cabinets.

6. Assembles and attaches hardware, such as caps, clamps, k***s, and switches, to assemblies.

7. Performs intermediate assembly tasks, such as potting, encapsulating, sanding, cleaning, epoxy bonding, stamping and color coding parts and assemblies.

8. Adjusts or trims materials from components to achieve specified electrical or dimensional characteristics.

9. Performs online go-not-go testing and inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.
