Some milestones deserve more than a number.

Fifty years ago, a young high school graduate walked through the doors of our Sheridan, Arkansas, operation and began a journey that would span generations. Through changing products, evolving technologies, and decades of growth, one thing never changed: Janet Crossett's commitment to craftsmanship, teamwork, and doing the job right.

Since 1976, Janet has helped build products that found their way into homes across America. Along the way, she became known for her deep knowledge, unwavering work ethic … and her famous homemade zucchini bread.

And in a feat as remarkable as the milestone itself, Janet achieved perfect attendance throughout her entire career.

In 153 years of Kohler history, only 93 associates have reached the 50-year service milestone. Janet is now one of them.

Thank you, Janet, for five decades of dedication, pride, and craftsmanship. Your impact is forever woven into the story of Kohler. 💙

What did the future of the home look like 100 years ago?

At LACMA Los Angeles County Museum of Art's “Home of the Future, 1925–1985: Designing Domestic Utopias” exhibit, visitors can step into a century of imagination, where visionary designers, groundbreaking technologies, and bold ideas transformed the way people thought about everyday living.

We're honored to support this landmark exhibition, which features more than 260 artifacts that trace evolving visions of domestic life, from mechanized kitchens to connected living spaces. Among them are two pieces from the Kohler Archives—the groundbreaking Electric Sink dishwasher of the 1920s and the iconic Environment of the 1970s, a fully enclosed bathtub that promised total sensory immersion. At a time when the modern home was being reimagined, Kohler was already exploring how products with a purpose could turn ambitious ideas into meaningful improvements for people.

That spirit still drives us today. Rooted in a rich heritage of craftsmanship and innovation, we continue to imagine what's next for the home, creating experiences that enhance wellbeing, sustainability, and gracious living.

Because the future isn't just something we envision. It's something we help build.

Resilience grows where relationships thrive.

In Jhagadia, India, Kohler partnered with the Deepak Foundation and local village leaders to restore three lakes that serve as a critical source of water security for surrounding communities.

Together, we desilted and expanded the lakes, strengthened embankments, improved water flow infrastructure, and planted native vegetation to support long-term watershed health.

The result:
31,967 m³ of water storage restored
135 acres of watershed strengthened
3,306 people across 740 households impacted

This work reflects our belief that lasting change happens when communities, local partners, and businesses work together toward a shared goal.
