Preventative Maintenance Technician

Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour
Bonus: Pay increase after 30 days based on performance!

Are you handy, dependable, and looking for a stable career opportunity? We are seeking a Preventative Maintenance Technician to help prepare apartments and single-family homes for new residents. This is a great opportunity for someone with general maintenance, construction, remodeling, or handyman experience.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare homes and apartments for move-in
- Perform basic painting and touch-up work
- Replace or repair light fixtures, switches, and outlets
- Install or repair flooring, tile, and carpet as needed
- Complete minor repairs and maintenance tasks
- Ensure homes are clean, functional, and move-in ready
- Identify and report any maintenance issues
- Use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively

Requirements:
- Must have your own truck (preferably)
- Must have basic hand tools
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift materials as needed
- Reliable transportation and attendance
- Experience in maintenance, construction, remodeling, or a related field is preferred

Background Requirements:
- Pass drug test
- Background checks will be conducted by the client
- No theft-related or violent criminal convictions

We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for a full-time temp-to-hire position in our small but close-knit production team. If you have experience in lamination, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude, we want to hear from you!

Position: Ladle Lamination - Production
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (with occasional overtime as needed)
Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour (increases to $19.00 per hour upon permanent hire)

Key Responsibilities:
- Laminating and handling parts
- Occasionally lifting parts up to 50 lbs
- Working collaboratively as part of a 10-person team

Requirements:
- Must submit a resume and be available for interviews
- Strong attention to detail and ability to assimilate into our company culture
- Must pass a drug test (THC exemption considered)
- Background check is required, but nonviolent offenses are acceptable
