Does the idea of an open, challenging and collaborative environment put a smile on your face? A major local company is looking for customer service representatives to join the Customer Care team. The Customer Care Support Specialist will take inbound and make outbound calls for a variety of customer and partner related issues. This position will be remote with the option to work in the office at some point. The company will provide the computer. It pays $12 and you can work as much overtime as you want!

Job Responsibilities:
Handles approximately 100+ inbound calls from internal and external customers daily
Must be able to navigate through complex scenarios to achieve customer satisfaction and prevent escalation
Must have the ability to type at least 45 wpm
Proficient with aspects of Microsoft Office
