POSITION SUMMARY

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain operating and quality standards throughout the property according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.

Essential Functions:

Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain all equipment on property and in guest suites
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment and property items to maintain in-service suites and property
Performs repairs in walls, tiles and carpeting
Re-touch paining and caulking as needed
Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
Perform regular preventive maintenance on equipment, property, and facilities as scheduled
Perform a variety of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry functions
Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties
Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervisor
Comply with all safety regulations and standards and maintain clean and orderly work areas
Comply with OSHA Safety and Health rules, Maintenance Standards Manual, Common Areas Manual, In-suite Standards, federal/state, local code
Perform all other duties as assigned or needed:

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

Experience: One year experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting and/or HVAC

Other Requirements:

Operation of essential equipment including power towels, hand tools, etc.

Must have a flexible schedule as the schedules are determined based on the needs of the business

The Housekeeping Inspector will ensure the cleanliness standards are maintained, inventory items are in each until and maintenance requests are reported and corrected in a timely manner. Manage the daily operation of the team members assigned to clean the resort and public areas

Essential Functions Statement(s)

Observe all cleaning personnel at work to determine efficiency of time spent and progress on work assigned
Document work maintenance requests for engineering and follow up to ensure completion of request
Maintain adequate supplies, linen and equipment for daily use, controlling the issuance on a daily basis
Ensure the accuracy of unit status reports being forwarded to the housekeeping office and the front office
Interface with front office regarding clean status of all guest units
Ensure that all special projects and general cleaning status is reported to management with all pertinent information necessary to maintain accurate records
Constantly seek/implement new and improved work methods
Assist in the hiring, training, discipline and performance reviews of all team members
Explain, monitor and control the usage and storage of all chemicals and equipment
Enforce all rules/regulations of the department and resort
Complete various additional tasks and assignments as needed

Experience: Previous Housekeeping or Hospitality experience

Computer Skills: Must be able to answer emails, and enter date into the systems

POSITION SUMMARY

Deliver outstanding guest service to create a pleasurable vacation experience while ensuring safety of all guests.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

Excellent service expectation towards both internal and external guests
Proactively assist all guests with bags/luggage as needed
Provide resort transportation, to guests to the designated drop off/pick up locations within a varying schedule, in a safe and courteous manner
Adhere to all laws, statutes, rules and regulations according to local, state, federal, and LVC guidelines
When requested, secure and store all luggage and parcels for guests
Proactively assist all guests with information and directions, must be well informed about the city and surrounding areas and up to date on local current events
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining all vehicles and for safety/quality and maintenance of vehicles
Clearing Resorts entry way from snow when on property
Complete a daily inspection report and trip log on every vehicle according to LVC guidelines

The Guest Service Agent provides outstanding guest service to all who come to the Front Desk, creates a memorable vacation experience

Essential Functions:

Timely and accurate check-in/check-out guests
Provide courteous, professional guest service, and resolution of all guest inquires
Understand and practice all of Legacy Vacation Resorts Front Office Standards Manual and effectively perform, “The Six Principles” of the front office
Provides information on the resort, amenities, activities, local area attractions, events, and directions, etc.
Answers all incoming calls following the phone etiquette on the Front Office Standards Manual
Learn resort software and be able to post transactions in RCC as necessary
Accurately complete all Front Office reports and documentation required i.e. MOD report, welcome calls
Complete cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
Communicates accurate information of room moves, status in the systems and to departments affected
Constant communication with the Housekeeping department for room status updates
Reconciliation of the assigned cash bank during shift

POSITION SUMMARY

The Guest Room / Housekeeper will ensure that rooms are of the highest quality, cleaned, sanitized and according to the established quality standards.

Essential Functions:

Clean vacant rooms to the Legacy quality standards, including kitchen, bathrooms, furniture
Clean room floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them
Change bedding and make beds as directed
Replenish supplies such as cooking and eating supplies, linens, writing supplies, and bathroom items
Gather and empty trash
Clean and polish furniture and fixtures
Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees
Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
Move and arrange furniture to make sure all trash has been removed
Mix water and detergents in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications
Performs self-inspection of suite after cleaning is complete to make sure nothing is missing
Provides customer service when encountering guests around the property
Keeps supply caddy clean and orderly
Assists in the General Clean & Preventative Maintenance (GCPM) process
Helps in maintaining cleanliness of all common areas
Remove debris from driveways and all public areas inside or out
Sort, count, and mark clean linens, and store them in linen closets
Deliver any items requested by guests to rooms
Observe precautions required to protect resort and property, and report damage, theft, and found articles to supervisors
Carry linens, towels, toilet items, and cleaning supplies, using wheeled carts or by hand as needed
